Current Burn Ban Status
Victoria County, Texas is currently not under a burn ban.
Household trash burning in a barrel allowed as long as there's a screen on top consisting of holes no larger than 5/8" inch. Area around barrel should be cleared down to the soil or gravel.
Burning must be supervised; have readily available means to control the fire.
