Hogg foundation
common agenda

Be Well Victoria began in 2018 through a grant from the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health and is hosted by the Victoria County Public Health Department.

We work to address stigma & inequity by engaging community conversations, empower residents to advocate for their communities, and reduce barriers to accessible services and support.

Community Collaboration is a priority and Be Well Victoria strives to provide a space in which all partners contribute expertise, share decision-making and ownership, increase understanding of community conditions, and integrate knowledge gained with the goal of improved community well-being.
