HARP of Victoria, funded by Federal and State grants, offers care the support the well-being of individuals living with HIV in the Victoria area.

We strive to maximize the number of people with HIV infection who access appropriate care, treatment, support, and prevention services. HARP works to minimize the number of new HIV infections. We are expanding our education efforts to end HIV stigma within our community.

As a division of the Victoria County Public Health Department, we serve Victoria, DeWitt, Jackson, Calhoun, and Gonzales counties.

Our offices are open 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:30pm on Mondays and Thursdays, 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:30pm on Tuesdays, 8:00am-5:30pm on Wednesdays, and 8:00am-12pm on Fridays.
