Delilah is a native Victorian, with a 34 year history of working for government entities: City of Victoria, Golden Crescent Planning Commission, and the Victoria County Public Health Department. She has 26 years of public health nursing and leadership experience. Delilah graduated from Victoria College with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Delilah is a current member of the ADN Advisory Board, the UHV Nursing Program Advisory Board and a Board member for the Community Health Centers of South Central Texas. She has been recognized for her outstanding service from the Victoria County Volunteer Firefighters; “Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Contributions” and by the Head Start Program; “Outstanding Community Volunteer.
