Samantha graduated with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration – Accounting in 2016. She has been employed with the County since September 2017. She has been with the Victoria County Public Health Department Administration/Finance Department since May 2018. Her primary job duties include grant financial reporting for approximately 20 state/federal grants, supervision of Health Department financials, supervising the Finance Division, as well as various other financial/administrative duties at the Health Department.
