Mission:
The mission of the Family 1st Advisory Committee is providing skills and resources for safe, healthy and successful children through connected Parents.
Vision statement:
Every Parent and Child will have the resources they need to be successful, healthy, and safe.
Goals:
The Family 1st Advisory Committee is a committee with representation from areas in education, faith-based organizations, non-profits, health, advocacy groups and family support agencies. All who work together to fulfill the mission of the committee.
All Victoria County residents and organizations are welcome to take part in helping to accomplishing committee goals of:
- Child Safety
- Family Literacy
Committee meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM at the Victoria County Public Health Department Classroom, 2805 N. Navarro, Victoria, TX.
